C. Ian Stoltzfus is an award winningAuctioneer licensed in Florida, Virginia and Pennsylvania. Ivan holds the title of CAI (Certified Auctioneer Institute) which is the most highly respected educational designation in the auction industry. During the last several years Ivan has conducted sixty to eighty on-site auctions annually including multi-property, land and farm sales, residential and commercial real estate, personal property and charity benefits. Ivan uses his experience as an auctioneer to achieve full satisfaction of his clients and continues to work with them from start to finish.

Ivan’s professional affiliations include the National Auctioneer Association (NAA), the Florida Auctioneers Association and the Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association. He has been a member of the Board of Realtors and is on the board of community and local government committees.

Ivan brings with him years of experience in serving clients and being proactive in helping them meet and exceed their financial goals. He is the company’s main auctioneer and contact point. Leisure time for Ivan includes hunting, boating, traveling and being among friends.

A licensed Florida auctioneer, Marsha sold conventional real estate for 12 years earning top sales honors with career sales over $100 million before forming Marsha Wolak Realty in 2002 where she specialized in real estate investing. Assessing the growing trend of real estate auctions in the current market, she quickly identified the need for a heightened level of integrity in this re-emerging industry and formed Marsha Wolak Auctions in 2006. Marsha has held a Florida Real Estate broker’s license since 1994, an auctioneer’s license, and is a member of the Sarasota Association of REALTORS.

She enjoys spending time with her two children, working out at the gym, riding motorcycles, playing golf and tennis, and boating.
